Chavez calls President Bush the "Devil"

Once again the UN has proven their impotence. In a speech to the United Nations General Assembly, Venezuelan president Hugo Chavez called President Bush the devil. This "moral giant" also urged the member governments to fight U.S. domination. World leaders and diplomats applauded his remarks and often burst into laughter as the dictator suggested Americans read Noam Chomsky's "Hegemony or Survival: America's Quest for Global Dominance."

The united nations has become irrelevant. Their inability to enforce security resolutions aside, how do you allow one member nation to call for the elimination of another? Allowing Chavez to spew anti-American venom on U.S. soil just proves their insignificance. Turtle Bay has become a soap box for terrorists and dictators to legitimize conspiracy theories, lending moral equivalence to their evil deeds.

"Yesterday, the devil came here. Right here. Right here. And it smells of sulfur still today, this table that I am now standing in front of."
