Apple Mecca

Construction is almost complete on Manhattan's new Apple computer store and I have a feeling muslims are gonna get their panties in a bunch. Apple Mecca, as it's called, will be open 24 hours a day 7 days a week offering everything from iPods and software to a nap area and restaurant. But that's not the offensive nature of the outlet. The building resembles the ka'aba, the black meteorite muslim pilgrims march around during the hajj. Yep, I smell blood in the water on this one.
(WARNING: the Apple Mecca link is offensive and contains anti-American comments)

Remember the veterans, thank a soldier

Memorial Day usually finds me in Charlotte, NC. My best friend relocated 10 years ago and the long weekend offered us an opportunity to visit and join in the Coke Cola 600 race festivities. Fast cars, good eats and patriotism overload always lead to a great time. This year we are staying home and entertaining family with hot dogs and my nieces favorite desert, Ambrosia salad. My yard will be decorated with flags and I'll attend mass prior to arriving guests. My husband will set up the portable TV on the deck and watch the race outside. Somewhere in between the invocation and the national anthem my family will take a few moments and remember those who paid the ultimate sacrifice so we can live free. If you have a chance this weekend, thank a soldier for the freedom we all enjoy.

CAIR investigates "hatred" in Florida middle school

The daily "whine-o-gram" reports the unearthing of extreme hatred in a Florida middle school. During the morning announcements an award winning video, spoofing TV's "24", was shown to the student body. The mini movie portrays "middle easterners" as terrorists plotting to blow up a Pasco County school. Student actors were shouting "I love mohammed" and speaking with arabic accents while plotting terrorist activity. Now some thin-skinned individual was offended and dropped a dime on the hate-fest taking place on campus. When CAIR's Ahmed Bedier asked for a copy of the offensive material he was denied, the only copy was given back to the student. CAIR is trying to obtain the video so they can exploit it, of course, and guilt the American public into believing this exercise in freedom of expression is fueling the negative image muslims are saddled with around the world. French riots, Danish embassy burnings and daily palestinian chaos often show the softer, gentler side of the muslim terrorist that the global community has become accustomed.
A statement by Bedier indicated CAIR will be filing a complaint with the school district and the state. This is truly pathetic, and I would expect nothing less from CAIR.

CAIR issues diplomatic advice - U.S. MUSLIMS SAY 'SIEGE' OF PALESTINIANS MUST END

The daily CAIR "whine-o-gram", (formerly named the "email") included their statement issued to President Bush. CAIR is telling the president to use Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert's visit to address urgent issues that are harming America's image and interests in the Middle East and throughout the Muslim world. The "siege", as they call it, is a humanitarian disaster that will only deepen divisions and hostility in the region. Oh really, what was the excuse prior to the "democratically" elected terrorist regime? Defending hamas comes as no surprise considering the ties they have to terrorist and organizations whose only goal is to kill Jews. The statement is truly amazing, overflowing with gall and void of trite. I posted the entire statement below,( my comments are in red).

In its statement, the Washington-based group said:
"We urge President Bush to tell Mr. Olmert that the American people will not support unilateral actions such as settlement land grabs, Apartheid-style walls or denial of basic humanitarian needs that block progress toward a just resolution of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. Mr. Olmert should also be told that he cannot expect American taxpayers to continue financing Israel's illegal and counterproductive actions, which impede the peace process."

  • CAIR implies to speak for all Americans, which they do not.
  • The "land grabs" were taken in a defensive war.
  • Apartheid style wall is to keep suicide bombers out.
  • Yes, the tax dollars should continue to support terrorist on the other side of the wall.
  • I believe the palestinians inability to recognize the state of Israel is the real impediment to the peace process.

It is in our nation's interest to recognize that the issue of Palestine is a core concern of Muslims worldwide and that our past one-sided approach to the conflict has only served to damage America's image in the international arena."

  • The one-sided approach? What do you call the Oslo and Camp David accords?
"Decades of unbalanced foreign policies have undermined our nation's efforts to spread democracy in the region and have called into question our own adherence to the most basic American values of freedom and justice for all."
  • Freedom and justice are incompatible with islam, if not, point me to a democratic muslim country.

"As a start, President Bush should lift the current siege imposed on ordinary Palestinians by the withdrawal of humanitarian aid and American officials should begin talking with the elected representatives of the Palestinian people."
  • The U.S. will establish a dialogue with hamas when they recognize Israel and eliminate the attacks.

"If we truly seek to promote democracy in the Muslim world, we should respect the results of elections and not starve those who exercise their democratic rights."
  • The democratically elected officials need to cease production of suicide bombers, if not, the palestinians must live with the consequences.

Iranian dress code to include yellow star for Jews - 1939 again?

I have yet to find confirmation that Iran will impose a dress code for non-muslims. Iranian expiates living in Canada got word earlier this week the Iranian parliament passed a law that would require the country's Jews and Christians to wear colored badges to identify them and other religious minorities as non-Muslims. Christians would wear a red badge, blue for Zoroastrians and Jews would wear yellow. The law has to be approved by the grand ayatollah for it to go into effect. Just as the 1939 world community thought "we are a civilized people, this can't happen in the 20th century". Well here we are, a mere 67 years later and the world is again saying "we are a civilized people, this can't happen in the 21st century". Have we not learned our lesson?
I hope and pray the Iranian "nutter in chief" will come out and dispel the rumor, put the world at ease. His rhetoric seems to indicate the law will move forward. The world continues to dismiss Ahmadinijad, simply reporting the "crazy" statements then moving on to sports and weather. When he expressed denial of the Jewish genocide, threatened to eliminate the state of Israel and Iranian intentions to acquire entrance to the global nuclear club there is no universal outcry. It's easier to stick your head in the sand than to deal with the problem like we did when Hitler started to reveal his "final solution". Where is Kofi and the mighty UN? At what point does someone step in and end the madness?
The global community is silent again. Nuclear warheads capable of "wiping Israel off the map", another six million Jews amassed waiting to be murdered. Israel will not allow this to happen, never again!

Muslim youth claims "I'm ready to die" at Buffalo airport

Alif Chowdhury and his father Ehsan Chowdhury were in the Buffalo airport Monday waiting to return to Long Island when the younger Chowdhury claimed to have a bomb in his backpack. Witnesses said the muslim youth, who was dressed in a traditional Islamic white robe and wearing a backpack, was observed praying loudly in arabic. Officers were quickly called and was talking to the father when the boy ripped off his backpack and shouted
"I have a bomb", "I want to die"' and "We're all going to die."
Authorities said although no explosives were found, the boy had several cell phones in the bag. Hummm, for IED's perhaps...... I found this an interesting point, the father came to Buffalo to accompany the lad home after he'd been visiting friends. The defense will be he's bi-pollar or he's been off his meds. I want to know if he was in contact with the Lackawanna 6 while in Buffalo and what in the world does a 16 year old need "several" cell phones. I can't wait for CAIR to respond and call for an end to the profiling of muslims.

A tale of two religions

Theaters across America will break box office records on Friday with the debut of the Da Vinci Code. I, for one, will not see the movie. Not because it insults my faith, I've been on a "Hollywood" boycott for years now. I won't be going because I choose not to the line the pockets of Johnny Depp, Alec Baldwin, Sharon Stone and Susan Sarandon. Hollywood has been producing nothing but filth for years now and I refuse to contribute to their 401(k)'s. So, on Friday I won't be joining the protesters and I don't expect those small crowds to be burning tires or murdering movie goers and cinema employees. Nope, we won't see an assembly of masked Christians, rocks in one hand and the bible in the other, shouting "Jesus is the Greatest" on the evening news or plastered on the front of the morning paper.
OK, I'll get down from the soap box.
As a matter of full disclosure, I have read the book. I found it to be an exciting, well written novel. It did not shake my faith, or make me question what I know to be true. I read it so I could critique with some comprehension. Reading it gave me a "right" to criticize the book. Since it's publishing in 2003 the Da Vinci Code remains a best seller and Dan Brown a millionaire. What a wonderful country! Now let's compare this to what's happened in the ummah when a movie was made or book was written and cartoons published. Dan Brown has not been forced to go underground because a group of crazed Christians issued a death warrant. Now mirror that to the life of Salman Rushdie, the Satanic Verses author. Like wise, Ron Howard and Tom Hanks are free to move about the country without fear of being stabbed to death on the street not unlike Theo Van Gogh. Barnes and Noble, Borders and Walmart are free to display the book that insults my faith without millions of Christians threatening to boycott, or worse, have Billy Graham or Pat Robertson offer a reward for the proprietors heads.
What will be different Friday after the curtin goes up on the Da Vinci Code, no one will die because our faith was offended.

Seeking the truth - United 93 & CAIR

Bushra Khan may have some explaining to do. The alleged "incident" at the Desert Ridge Marketplace in Scottsdale has many questioning it's validity. Absent credible witnesses and CAIR's track record of playing loose with the facts leads one to doubt the entire incident ever occurred . Daniel Pipes points out several incidents where CAIR twisted the facts and even doctored photos. Bet you didn't see this on the evening news or the morning paper. CAIR can not be trusted. This group is here to destroy us by using our laws and rights against us.

United 93 alleged backlash is unconfirmed

My post regarding the 3 muslim women assaulted by United 93 viewers appears to have others wondering about the validity of the incident. Northeast Intelligence Network did some digging into the allegation, starting with a request for a copy of the police report. Now, one would think such a "fearful" incident would warrant at least a police report, right? How about alerting mall security? Nope, Bushra Khan and her companions made a bee-line to the CAIR Arizona office and sent a message out to each of the 31 CAIR offices in the U.S., detailing the incident and their concerns. I thought the whole thing was bogus when I received the CAIR "whine-o-gram" email. Normally the FBI would have been called and a press conference held on the steps of the national headquarters. Not this time, just a call for tolerance and more education of the infidels, blah, blah, blah.

Letter inspired by allah......

Iranian cleric ayatollah Ahamd Jannati said in his second sermon this week that Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad's letter to his US counterpart had been inspired by allah. The imam said he read the letter and
"The letter is spectacular, and when I say it is an inspiration from God, I really believe in it."
Also, "This was a historically unprecedented move, save for the late Imam Khomeini's letter to (the former USSR President Mikhail) Gorbachev, which stunned everyone." Describing Ahmadinejad's letter to Bush as "astonishing and odd", Jannati said, "I suggest everyone to read this letter. It should be read at schools and universities, and repeatedly broadcast from the country's radio and TV networks."
This is surreal. The ayatollah went on to say the letter needs to be included in Iranian text books. They believe the "nutter in chief" is living and making history. Friday prayers world wide most likely contain the same message. News that the mahdi is coming, bringing a perfect islamic society to this chaotic world. Redeemer of islam, "Day of the Resurrection".
It's going to get worse before it gets better. Just as we Christians look to the second coming of our Lord, none of us would advocate staging events to fulfill prophesy.

Invitation to submit to dhimmitude

I've resisted posting my comments regarding the Iranian "nutter in chief" 18 page letter to President Bush. I traveled the blog-o-sphere, hitting popular sites looking for something to indicate what Laura Mansfield and Robert Spencer had concluded to be the true intention of the mini novel. To the untrained eye it may appear as though an olive branch had been extended. One couldn't be further from the truth. During a press conference in Jakarta, Ahmadinejad admitted that his letter to President Bush was an invitation to Islam and the prophets culture.
"We act according to laws and our activities are quite clear. We are rather intent on solving more fundamental global matters.
"The letter was an invitation to monotheism and justice, which are common to all divine prophets. If the call is responded positively, there will be no more problems to be solved," added the president.
It seems the "nutter" has all his koranic ducks-in-a-row. He has extended the invitation to America to accept islam before an attack is launched. This president and our country will undoubtedly refuse. What concerns me is the focus of the American public. We have been beat over the head with a muslim tolerance stick. We are not as vigilant as we were following 9/11. The sleeper cells in this country may have received their orders.

Free "Loose Change" at Massachusetts mosque

Logical Meme let us know a Springfield mosque was offering a free screening of the moonbat conspiracy theory flick. I guess they thought this would counter "United 93".

CAIR intimidates Wachovia with an "Action Alert"

Here's another example of how CAIR will issue an "Action Alert" in an effort to intimidate a company into submission. I did send an email warning them of the impending intimidation avalanche.
This email came this afternoon and urges fellow muslims to call, fax and email demanding Wachovia explain and reverse its decision to close the accounts of several Muslims and the Foundation for Appropriate and Immediate Temporary Help (FAITH).
Here's what the email is calling on the faithful to do:

In the Name of God, the Compassionate, the Merciful
CAIR ACTION ALERT #491
URGE WACHOVIA TO EXPLAIN ACCOUNT CLOSURES OF MUSLIMS
(WASHINGTON, DC, 5/8/2006) - CAIR and the MAS Freedom Foundation today called on American Muslims and other people of conscience to urge Wachovia to explain and reverse its decision to close the accounts of several Muslims and the Foundation for Appropriate and Immediate Temporary Help (FAITH) - a small, Northern Virginia charity that provides assistance to people of all faiths.
In November, 2005, Wachovia sent a letter to FAITH announcing that the organization's accounts would be closed in January, 2006. Wachovia had never previously expressed any concern about the charity. At all times during FAITH's several-year relationship with Wachovia the organization's accounts were in good standing.
Despite numerous attempts by FAITH to discuss the issue with Wachovia, the bank's position remains unsatisfactory. Wachovia Senior Vice President Jeraldine Davis said in a letter to the charity, "As you are aware the Bank's contract with FAITH provides that the Bank can close any customer's account at any timeƂ…The Bank has determined that FAITH does not fit the business profile of a customer with whom the Bank chooses to transact business."
"Wachovia's heavy-handed approach to this small community charity requires explanation," said CAIR Executive Director Nihad Awad. "Since 9/11, the American Muslim community has noticed disturbing trends within the national banking industry where law-abiding American Muslims are seemingly and summarily being denied service based solely on their name, religion or ethnicity.
"IMMEDIATE ACTIONS REQUESTED: (As always, please be POLITE.)
1. CONTACT Wachovia and urge them to provide a satisfactory explanation for their decision to close Muslim and FAITH's accounts, issue a public apology, and reinstate the accounts. COPY TO: http://cair@cair-net.org/

Community Relations Executive,

Wachovia Contact Us Webform: https://www.wachovia.com/form/1,,14,00.html
2. EMAIL CAIR at csaylor@cair-net.org and answer the following questions:
a. Do you have an account or do business with Wachovia?
b. Are you willing to move your account elsewhere if CAIR calls for a boycott?
c. Are you aware of any Muslim accounts Wachovia has closed in a similar fashion?

The Birth of a Nation

Any doubt regarding the legitimacy of Israel reading this piece, adapted from The One Year Book of Christian History, will clear it up for you.

In 63 B.C. the Roman armies invaded the land of Israel and made it part of the Roman Empire. Then Jesus came, and in response to the Jews' rejection of him as their Messiah, he predicted that the Jewish temple would be completely destroyed (Luke 21:6), a prediction fulfilled in A.D. 70. After a second revolt in A.D. 135, no Jews lived in Jerusalem, and they became scattered through the world.

Then in the late 1800s, in response to anti-Semitism, particularly in eastern Europe, a Jewish movement called Zionism arose. In 1917 in an attempt to win Jewish support for World War I, England issued the Balfour Declaration, supporting the creation "in Palestine of a national home for the Jewish people."

Following War World II, Britain turned the matter of a Jewish state to the newly created U.N., which voted on November 29, 1947 to endorse a plan to create separate Jewish and Arab states, with Jerusalem as an international zone.

The British Mandate was scheduled to end on May 15, 1948 , at which time their troops would begin leaving. The day before, a historic meeting was held in Tel Aviv. At exactly 4:00 p.m. the meeting was called to order by David Ben-Gurion. The audience rose and sang "Hatikvah," the Jewish national anthem. Then Ben-Gurion read in Hebrew Israel's Declaration of Independence. Everyone in the audience stood to their feet and applauded, many with tears streaming down their faces. For the first time in two thousand years there was an independent Jewish state of Israel.

The very existence of present-day Israel is a reminder to us of God's faithfulness in keeping his promises.
(Ezekiel 37:1-13)

A few words to hamas, "Quit begging for money"

I panned this nugget from the "Palestine Monitor". A site dedicated to collecting news about the suffering of muslims living under Israeli occupation. I guess perception is everything. Obviously this site is palestinian friendly and, as with all stories, twist the facts to meet the desired "truth". In reading one such headline I found that the new hamas government workers were not being paid and "donations" from arab league member countries had fallen short of promised totals. It goes on to state $118 million is needed each month to pay wages to the 165,000 employees. Since being elected the hamas lead government has gone 1.3 billion dollars in debt.
Now, you don't need to read the whole thing to see the U.S. is the cause. Our policy to refuse aid to terrorist groups, not their inability to produce anything and create a GNP is the problem. When the only thing you produce and export is suicide bombers it don't take an economist to see you can't support a nation. The arab league is trying to play both sides of the fence, pledging to make payroll to the terrorist directly by side-stepping financial institutions that could be in breach of U.S. law.
I support the continued boycott of the terrorist regime. If arab countries support their anti-Israel charter let them feed, cloth and provide them schools and the various medical services. As we see not many oil rich nations are going to pony up the cash.

The palestinian people at this point must feel like prostitutes. They voted in a group that truly represent their views, making a public declaration of all that is islamic and the complete destruction if Israel. They do the islamic dirty work, every week sending young men to their deaths in an effort to murder Jews. Arab countries across the middle east applaud their success in private and encourage the continuation of martyrdom operations. But in public, palestinians are treated like a pariah by the arab world.

Just like the common street walker spotted in church by a former "John", he dares not acknowledge her or acceptance of her services..... Until he needs them.

al-Arian background

Yesterdays post was a rebuke from James Moody the judge presiding over the trial of a University of South Florida professor who plead guilty to conspiring to help a terrorist organization.
Here's a link to a comprehensive timeline to the case and his co-conspirators. I've followed the case because as with most jihad funding cases there's a "Kevin Bacon Game" type of spider web that connects the players. The deported Cleveland imam, Fawaz Damra, was connected to al-Arian. This was al-taqiyya in action as you'll see, Sami and the others lied throughout the trial.

Clarity from the bench

Judge James Moody had this to say Monday when he sentenced convicted terrorist supporter, Sami al -Arian. It is a must read, and a note to the judge thanking him would be appropriate.

Dr. Al-Arian, as usual, you speak very eloquently. I find it interesting that here in public in front of everyone you praised this country, the same country that in private you referred to as "the great Satan"; but that's just evidence of how you operate in the face of your friends and neighbors. You are a master manipulator. You looked your neighbors in the eyes and said you had nothing to do with the Palestinian Islamic Jihad. This trial exposed that as a lie. Your back-up claim is that your efforts were only to provide charities for widows and orphans. That, too, is a lie. The evidence was clear in this case that you were a leader of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad.
You were on the board of directors and an officer, the secretary. Directors control the actions of an organization, even the PIJ; and you were an active leader. When Iran, the major funding source of the PIJ, became upset because the PIJ could not account for how it was spending its money, it was to your board of directors that it went to demand changes. Iran wanted its representative to have a say in how its money was spent. To stop that, you leaped into action.
You offered to rewrite the bylaws of the organization. You proposed that all PIJ funds be controlled by a three-person committee, of which you would be one of the three. You made calls to fellow directors all over the world to gather support. This committee would account for Iran's money, all to keep the money flowing. But when it came to blowing up women and children on buses, did you leap into action then? Did you offer to form a committee to protect the innocent? Did you call your fellow directors and enlist their aid in stopping the bombing or even to stop the targeting of the innocent? No. You lifted not one finger, made not one phone call. To the contrary, you laughed when you heard about the bombings, what you euphemistically call "operations."
You even pleaded for donations to pay for more such operations. I'll give a specific example: On January 22nd, 1995, in Beit Lid, there was a double suicide bombing claimed by the PIJ. The bombings occurred at a busy bus transfer station. People, including women and children, were milling about waiting for their buses. When one pulled up - not a particular bus, a random bus - the first bomb was detonated, killing passengers and bystanders alike. The second bomber waited ten minutes or so and blew up the ambulance crews and other by standers who had rushed in to help the wounded and dying.
Anyone with even the slightest bit of human compassion would be sickened. Not you. You saw it as an opportunity to solicit more money to carry out more bombings. You composed a letter to a member of the Kuwait legislature. Your true attitude is best described by your own words, and I quote: "The latest operation carried out by the two mujahideen who were martyred for the sake of God is the best guide and witness to what the believing few can do in the face of Arab and Islamic collapse at the heels of the Zionist enemy and in keeping the flame of faith, steadfastness, and defiance glowing.
I call upon you to try to extend true support of the jihad effort in Palestine so that operations such as these can continue." And yet, still in the face of your own words, you continue to lie to your friends and supporters, claiming to abhor violence and to seek only aid for widows and orphans. Your only connection to widows and orphans is that you create them, even among the Palestinians; and you create them, not by sending your children to blow themselves out of existence. No. You exhort others to send their children. Your children attend the finest universities this country has to offer while you raise money to blow up the children of others.
You are indeed a master manipulator.

CAIR vs. Robertson - Part III

Here we go again, CAIR sent an "INCITEMENT WATCH" email regarding remarks Pat Robertson made during his 700 Club broadcast. As with other incitement watch emails, CAIR is calling on the ummah to write and make calls about their collective "pain" over the statements and provides email links, phone numbers and subject headings.
Robertson referred to islam as a "bloody, brutal type of religion." Following a report suggesting that those who convert from islam could face hardships and even death sentences in some Middle Eastern countries, Robertson expressed concern that Americans, "especially the American left," need to "wake up" to the "danger" that islam presents. He said that, in the past, Muslim invaders would kill "an unbeliever" if they would not convert to islam and that today, "if somebody wants to leave islam, they're going to kill them." Robertson continued: "Whoever heard of such a bloody, bloody, brutal type of religion? But that's what it is. It is not a religion of peace."
Okay, so what's the controversial? If the good reverend is wrong, CAIR should sue him for slander or defamation. But they won't because they know what he said is true. How does one go about defending yourself from your own truth?

CAIR's subtle attack on United 93

Today's CAIR email reports,
"MUSLIMS ACCOSTED BY 'UNITED 93' VIEWERS".

Here's what happened according to the CAIR communique;

The three Muslim women say a white middle-aged couple approached them on April 29 at the Desert Ridge Marketplace in Scottsdale, Ariz., and asked whether they were Muslim. After learning that the women were in fact Muslims, the couple indicated they had seen "United 93" and then said: "Take off your f***ing burqas and get the f*** out of this country. We don't want you in this country. Go home." [Note: Two of the three women are American-born citizens.]

I find it hard to believe a couple would approach 3 obviously muslim women, ask them if in fact they were muslim, proceed to tell them they had seen United 93, then verbally assault them. Sorry, I don't believe it. It appears the islamic community is doing what I call "bit before you're bitten". It's obvious they want the American public to forget all about the attack we suffered nearly 5 years ago, and this movie is seen as a threat to their sedation tactic, United 93 does not allow them to be the victim. So in an effort to draw attention away from the true victim, muslims across the US will be encouraged to report anything that could be construed as a United 93 intolerant backlash.
Another clue that points to a less than truthful event recall is the manner in which CAIR is choosing to handle the assault. Instead of calling for an FBI investigation into this "hate" crime, CAIR-AZ Office Manager Bushra Khan said,
"The couple's verbal abuse had obviously been prompted by their associating all Muslims with those who took part in the 9/11 terror attacks" and "The best way to prevent this type of stereotyping and intolerance is to educate ordinary Americans of all faiths about Islam and Muslims". Of course, more education for infidels so we can see them as the victims in this war.
It should also be noted that Khan was one of the women involved in the assault, how convenient is that?
